MEET OUR DOCTORS
Dr. Roger Dupuis
Dr. Dupuis graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary medicine in 1971 and practiced medicine for 44 years. He retired from active practice in 2015, but still assists with management. While practicing, orthopedic surgeries were his favorite. He and his wife Jackie have one cat named Scamper. Dr. Dupuis has provided dedicated service for years, both with veterinary and charity organizations. His proudest moment was helping to open a school in Ecuador as the president of the area Rotary. He has served on the University of Illinois College of Medicine Alumni Association Board of Directors for many years.
Dr. Christopher
Dupuis
Dr. Dupuis attended the University of Illinois for undergraduate studies from 1995-1999 and the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine from 1999-2003. His professional interests include endocrinology, feline medicine, dentistry, and surgery. He is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) and practices rehabilitation at Wheatland Animal Hospital. He is the president of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni Association, and does work with Exodus World Service, an organization that settles and supports refugees from war-torn countries.​​
Dr. Scott Faith
Dr. Faith earned his Biology and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees at the University of Illinois from 1993-2000. He enjoys spending time at home with his wife, children, and their pets. Currently the household includes three Shih Tzus, Tonto, Mac and Sherman and one cat Noche. Boy Scouting has been an important influence in Dr. Faith’s life. He currently volunteers with Troop 222 in Naperville and encourages Boy and Girl Scouts throughout the area to visit the animal hospital. His professional interests include dentistry and surgery.

Connecting with the community through Boy Scout and Girl Scout programs is an important part of his practice. He encourages Scout visits to the animal hospital to learn about the veterinary profession with the help of his Shih Tzu, Tonto.
Dr. Dave Reed
Dr. Reed did his undergraduate work from 1974-1976, before graduating from the Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980, and is a past president of the Chicago Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Reed is from Iowa. He did his undergraduate work at Iowa State University from 1974-1976 before graduating from Iowa State University Veterinary College in 1980. Upon moving to the Chicago area, Dr. Reed practiced in Wheaton before moving on to Naperville. Professionally, Dr. Reed enjoys all aspects of Veterinary Medicine, but is especially interested in surgery.
Dr. Margaret
Drewno
Dr. Drewno earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at North Central College from 2008-2012 and attended the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine from 2012-2016. Her professional interests include all aspects of preventive care and managing gastrointestinal disease. She has completed three levels of Fear Free Certification and strives to create a collaborative environment for her clients and a low-stress experience for her patients.
Dr. Brandon
Tonokawa
Dr. Tonokawa attended the University of California, Davis, for his undergraduate degree in biological sciences. He then received his DVM from the University of Illinois in 2020. Dr. Tonokawa’s special interests include pathology and internal medicine. He has enjoyed building new relationships with both his patients and clients at Wheatland Animal Hospital.
Dr. Jesse Hahne
Dr. Hahne attended Illinois State University for his undergraduate degree in agriculture. He then received his DVM from the University of Illinois’ College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. Dr. Hahne’s special interests include surgery and oncology. He enjoys developing relationships with clients and helping educate them on the health of their pets.
